The Gotland in the Volksgarten was
donated to the city of Cologne by the
Swedish Red Cross after the Second
World War. The Gotland association
is reactivating the building as a parti-
cipatory „third place“. Students from
the Dortmund University of Applied
Sciences and Arts and from the Detmold
School of Design are showcasing inte-
rior design, temporary spaces and
scenographic interventions.
