Crystals and their properties have always fascinated humankind. The project “Crystals, Baby!” uses saltgrown crystals as the basis for a light sculpture. A transparent acrylic body is immersed in a salt solution for several days, creating a fine, reflective layer of crystals that captures and amplifies the light with a soft brilliance.
