The MAKK presents jewelry by 45 internationally renowned female visual artists. The exhibition brings together 113 works from the 1920s to the present day. Each of the exhibited jewelry designs condenses an artistic vision into a wearable statement. The focus is deliberately on female perspectives and breaks with the male-dominated perception of avant-garde artist jewelry of the 20th and 21st centuries.
