In contemporary design, tendencies have arisen that can be described using the contradictory notion of Romanticism. This can be seen in materials or processing methods, but also in concepts that pick up on the poetic, ironic and even cryptic principles of Romanticism – as e.g. in works by Formafantasma, Hella Jongerius, Jaime Hayon, Doshi Levien or Philippe Starck. Free tours are offered.
