The works of Dutch designer Floris Hovers often awaken a recognition of the long-familiar and resist potential cult status. The designs themselves seem to explain how they were made. “Legibility”, clarity and simplicity are basic to Hovers’ design and are based on his conviction that the designer should also be a good craftsman.
