The Viennese Interwar Period collection – and here especially the furniture by émigré Jewish architect Ernst Schwadron from his time in the US (late 1930s and 40s) – has been complemented with another charming armchair and features an altogether new look: Danish textile designer Hanne Vedel has developed both new colours and a very new textile quality for the Schwadron furniture. The lamps featured in the exhibition are from the Viennese company Kalmar.
