SHINE investigates the relationship between ‘contemporary jewellery’ and ‘contemporary design’. In addition to aspects of craft and design, the pieces in these categories deliberately involve aspects of art. Embracing Exchange  is part of Maken/Machen, an international design project initiated by DDX Maastricht and PASSAGEN.
