In his photo series Cities Unknown and Megacities, HG Esch – one of the most internationally-eminent architectural photographers – influenced the way we look at urban structures globally. In the exhibition “Structures and Soul,” curated by Carpet Concept and build magazine, Esch confronts urban images with photographic investigation of textile structures: a surprising and fascinating encounter on a large scale.
